BT30-60HAE Series is a heavy oil burner family for boiler and industrial heat applications, covering the 1220 to 5600 kW output range with staged or electronic modulation configurations.

Key Features
Air or steam atomization supports stable heavy-oil preparation for combustion.
Combustion air and blast-pipe adjustment help tune combustion values on site.
The hinged body opens from both sides for easier service access.
The atomization unit can be removed without taking the burner off the boiler, simplifying maintenance.
When firing pauses, the throttle closes to reduce furnace heat loss.
The electronic modulation type uses two servo motors to control the proportional regulation of fuel and air respectively.
The fuel circuit includes a regulator and stop valve.
The fuel pre-heater includes a thermometer and adjustable temperature controller.
One flange and one insulating seal are supplied for boiler fastening.
Combustion air intake includes an air-flow adjustment device.
Adjustable burner head uses a steel gas pipe and diffuser.
A three-phase motor drives the fan.
A photocell monitors flame presence.
Electrical protection rating is IP40.
