Description

BT18-35L LR Series First-Generation Light Oil Burner is a compact burner family for boiler and heating equipment, covering the 90 to 391 kW output range.

Operating Modes

Single-stage; Two-stage

Key Features

  • High-pressure mechanical atomization uses a nozzle for light oil firing.
  • Combustion air and blast-pipe settings can be adjusted to tune combustion performance.
  • The atomization device can be removed directly for maintenance without removing the burner from the boiler.
  • Single-stage models use manual air-flow adjustment at first fire.
  • Two-stage models use hydraulic regulation for first-stage and second-stage air flow.
  • A flange and insulating sealing ring are used for boiler connection.
  • The combustion air inlet includes a flow-regulating device.
  • Sliding flanges allow the burner position to be adjusted for different boiler flanges.
  • The adjustable combustion head uses a steel blast tube and flame disc.
  • A single-phase motor drives the fan and oil pump.
  • Flame supervision is provided by a photoresistor.
  • Electrical protection rating is IP40.
