Description

BD 9-12 GE FGR Series Split Type Low NOx Burner is a split type burner family for large boiler rooms, district heating, and industrial process heat applications, covering the 1500 to 12500 kW output range.

Operating Modes

Key Features

  • Split type layout supports large boiler rooms and process heat systems, including hot water boilers, steam boilers, and thermal oil furnaces.
  • The system can be matched with an induced draft fan according to firing capacity, boiler back pressure, and fuel conditions.
  • The program controller and flame detector include 24-hour flame signal self-checking.
  • A digital pipeline control system uses three servo motors to control combustion air, gas volume, and flue gas recirculation volume.
  • Flue gas recirculation mixes part of the exhaust gas with combustion air before combustion, lowering chamber temperature and oxygen concentration to suppress NOx formation.
  • Multiple nozzles distribute combustion and help reduce localized high-temperature oxidation.
  • The steel-welded sealed housing has an openable top cover for internal maintenance.
  • UV flame detectors are used for flame supervision.
  • Electrical protection rating is IP40.
