ASC flow control valves combine an adjustable restriction with a parallel check-valve path. The knurled adjustment controls flow in the throttled direction, while the check path permits return flow in the opposite direction. Select the nominal connection size for the air circuit and orient the valve to suit the required controlled-flow direction.
| Model | Port code | Nominal connection |
|---|---|---|
| ASC100-06 | 06 | 1/8″ |
| ASC200-08 | 08 | 1/4″ |
| ASC300-10 | 10 | 3/8″ |
| ASC300-15 | 15 | 1/2″ |
The pictured 1/4″ version carries the abbreviated marking ASC-08. Its nameplate gives a pressure range of 0.5–8kgf/cm²; apply that range to the pictured configuration.

The adjustable throttling branch and check-valve branch share the P and A connections. Check the circuit symbol and the body markings before installation; a flow-control valve is not a substitute for a shut-off valve.
