All layouts show a 12.50mm flange height, 7.90mm female mating-height reference and 9.20mm male mating-height reference. Mating projections are 5.8mm for female connectors and 6.1mm for male connectors. The 5W5 and 8W8 contact patterns are not uniformly spaced; use their exact front views when matching contact positions.
MP421D through MP421I show an 8.5mm termination projection and Ø5.50mm outer cup reference. The type-specific ØA and ØB values above define the selected current option.
MP422G through MP422L have bent PCB tails, a 40A contact rating and a 12.6mm flange-to-tail-centre reference. Their four ordering fields select gender, colour, shell plating and contact plating.
MP422P through MP422U have straight through-hole tails and a 40A contact rating. Each shows Ø2.80mm tails and a 7.4mm tail-length reference. Select the exact layout and gender before preparing the PCB footprint.
