Description

Eight covered barrier-terminal configurations

The 58 series uses one row of screw terminals at 10mm pitch, with a transparent cover over the connections. C, S, H and R identify different terminal arrangements. A housings have mounting ears at both ends; B housings omit these ears. Select the full suffix before laying out a board or mounting panel.

Housing lengths and mounting ears

In the dimensions below, N is the number of electrical poles; mounting ears are not counted as poles. All dimensions are in millimetres. The uncovered body depth is 12.8mm. Body height is 17.3mm and covered height is 19.3mm; the H/A outline directly dimensions the covered height.

58R A bent-pin outline and mounting dimensions — 58R/A: bent terminals, mounting ears and a 15mm covered-depth dimension. The electrical hole pattern uses 2mm holes at 10mm pitch.

58R B bent-pin outline and PCB hole pattern — 58R/B: bent terminals with a 5±0.3mm horizontal extension, in a housing without mounting ears.

Use series code TB41 followed by the complete 58C, 58S, 58H or 58R model and A/B suffix. XXP denotes a two-digit pole count within that model's range. The standard drawing suffix is Y100A, with Y identifying the housing colour.
