The 128 family uses rising-clamp screw connections with straight solder pins; 128R versions have bent pins for the alternate mounting orientation. Each version has one connection row. Select the exact pitch and pin arrangement before laying out the board.

IEC ratings depend on the model and its overvoltage category and pollution degree. The three voltage combinations for 128/5.08 apply only to that straight-pin model.
| Models | Overvoltage category | Pollution degree | Current | Voltage | Impulse voltage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 128/5.0, 128R/5.0, 128R/5.08 | III | 2 | 18A | 250V | 4kV |
| 128/5.08 | 3 | ||||
| 2 | 400V | ||||
| II | 630V | ||||
| 128/7.5, 128R/7.5, 128/7.62, 128R/7.62 | III | 450V | 6kV |
The following UL use-group values apply to all eight models.
| UL use group | Current | Voltage | Wire range |
|---|---|---|---|
| B | 20A | 300V | 30-12AWG |
| C | Not specified | Not specified | — |
| D | 10A | 300V | 30-12AWG |
| Conductor specification | 128/5.08 | Other models |
|---|---|---|
| Metric wire range, without conductor-class subdivision | 0.2-2.5mm² | 1.0-2.5mm² |
| Solid conductor | 1.0-2.5mm² | |
| Flexible conductor | 1.0-2.5mm² | |
| Flexible conductor with ferrule | 1.0-2.5mm² | |
The 0.2mm² lower limit is an unqualified metric wire-range value for 128/5.08; the separately specified solid, flexible and ferruled ranges start at 1.0mm².

Dimensions are in mm and N is the pole count. Body height is 14.30 and depth is 10.30. Pin-row span is pitch × (N-1); the end offset is half the pitch. The pin row is 5.00 from the rear reference edge.
| Model | Length | End offset | Solder-tail length | Pin section | PCB hole diameter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 128/5.0 | 5.0N | 2.50 | 3.5±0.3 | 1.00 × 0.80 | 1.50 |
| 128/5.08 | 5.08N | 2.54 | 4.0±0.3 | ||
| 128/7.5 | 7.5N | 3.75 | |||
| 128/7.62 | 7.62N | 3.81 | 0.80 thickness; width not specified | Not specified |
The 7.5mm PCB outline includes a 10.33mm reference depth; the sectional body depth is 10.30mm.

The 128R body profile is 14.30mm × 10.30mm, with 3.8±0.3mm solder-pin projection and 0.80mm pin thickness. The mounting orientation places the 10.30mm body dimension above the board. Length and end-offset formulas follow the selected pitch, as shown below. Reference dimensions refer to the edges indicated in each individual PCB drawing.
| Model | Length | End offset | PCB row-to-opposite-edge reference | PCB hole diameter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 128R/5.0 | 5.0N | 2.50 | 14.70 | 1.50 |
| 128R/5.08 | 5.08N | 2.54 | 13.50 | |
| 128R/7.5 | 7.5N | 3.75 | 14.70; full reference envelope 16.00 | |
| 128R/7.62 | 7.62N | 3.81 | 14.70 | Not specified |
The 5.0mm, 7.5mm and 7.62mm bent-pin versions place the pin beyond the body face; the 5.08mm version places it within the body profile. The 5.0mm side view specifies a 0.40mm centre offset, while the 5.08mm side view specifies 0.50mm in the opposite direction. The 5.0mm, 5.08mm and 7.5mm versions specify 1.00mm pin width. Use the exact model drawing for mounting references.

Specify the complete model and pitch from the selection table, followed by XXP for pole count and Y000A for the colour and customer-requirement fields. Straight and bent versions have separate model codes.
