Model 127 - Single level |
Pitch 5.0 - 5.0mm; TB51 |
Positions 02–24 - Two-digit count from 2 to 24 positions; single-level total for 127, positions per level for 127A and 127B (4–48 total across two levels) |
Position Suffix |

Customer Requirements 000A - Standard suffix shown in the six drawings |
The 127 family uses screw-operated rising clamps and through-hole solder pins. Plain 127 models have one terminal level; 127A and 127B have two staggered levels with opposite longitudinal offsets. Six models provide 5mm or 5.08mm pitch. Match the model suffix, pitch and pin layout before board assembly.
| Model | Pitch | Terminal layout | Pole arrangement |
|---|---|---|---|
| TB51-127/5.0 | 5mm | Single level | 2–24 positions |
| TB51-127A/5.0 | Two levels, A stagger | 2×(2–24) positions | |
| TB51-127B/5.0 | Two levels, B stagger | ||
| TB53-127/5.08 | 5.08mm | Single level | 2–24 positions |
| TB53-127A/5.08 | Two levels, A stagger | 2–24 positions per level | |
| TB53-127B/5.08 | Two levels, B stagger |
The IEC values below apply to overvoltage category III and pollution degree 2. Values for other combinations are not specified.
| Model | IEC rated current | IEC rated voltage | IEC impulse voltage | UL group B | UL group D |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TB51-127/5.0 | 15A | 250V | 4kV | 12A/300V | Not specified |
| TB51-127A/5.0 | 15A/300V | 10A/300V | |||
| TB51-127B/5.0 | 2kV | ||||
| TB53-127/5.08 | 4kV | 12A/300V | Not specified | ||
| TB53-127A/5.08 | 10A/300V | ||||
| TB53-127B/5.08 |
The UL wire range is 26–14AWG for all six models. UL group C values are not specified. Ratings apply to each terminal circuit; the two-level construction does not increase the current rating of a circuit.

Dimensions are in millimetres. N is the number of terminal positions on one level. A and B layouts use a half-pitch stagger in opposite directions. The length expressions below describe each level; the stagger extends the combined longitudinal envelope beyond one level.
| Model | Length per level | Body depth | Height | Solder-tail length | Pin width × thickness |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TB51-127/5.0 | 5×N | 8.30 | 10.00 | 3.80±0.30 | 1.00×0.60 |
| TB53-127/5.08 | 5.08×N | ||||
| TB51-127A/5.0 and TB51-127B/5.0 | 5×N | 18.30 | 19.20 upper; 10.10 lower | 4.00±0.30 | 0.90×0.60 |
| TB53-127A/5.08 and TB53-127B/5.08 | 5.08×N |
Single-level PCB layouts specify 1.20mm holes and a 4.15mm pin-to-body edge offset. The two-level layouts have 10.16±0.30mm pin-row spacing and a 4.35mm front edge offset; PCB hole diameter is not specified in those drawings. The 5.08mm single-level model also shows a 0.50mm interlocking projection separately from its nominal body length.

Apply these values only where an individual dimension does not specify a tolerance.
